For hygiene and resale reasons, worn, tried-on, polished or handled latex garments and close-fitting accessories cannot usually be returned or exchanged. Faults or order issues will be reviewed case by case.

Returns are reviewed by product type, condition and packaging.
Contact support before sending anything back. Because latex garments and close-fitting accessories are worn next to the body and cannot be resold after fitting or handling, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless a fault is confirmed or consumer law requires a remedy.
Returned items must be unused and unmarked.
If a return is approved, the item must be in original packaging with no wear, scent, polish residue, stretching, stains, surface marks or handling damage.

Include your order number, product name, reason for the request and clear photographs if the issue relates to condition, finish, packaging or damage. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
